Piilijärvi Camping has reached one of our biggest and most important environmental goals!

In 2023 we installed an ECOBOX 4 mini-treatment plant which makes it possible to purify our wastewater to 99.3% in our upper part of the facility. (open year-round).

In 2024, we were also able to install an ECOBOX 4 mini-treatment plant in our lower part of the facility (June-Sep).
And we have been able to upgrade some of our cabins.
This has been possible thanks to business support from the Rural Development Programme, which is partly financed by money from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

Which we are very grateful and happy about.
